Staff pleasant and helpful.
Could not get through on phone to make appointment therefore called in to surgery to book.

We would like to assure you that we always aim to provide a high standard of service to our patients. Did you know that you can register for GP Online Services. This will allow you to book/cancel appointments and order repeat medication if relevant to you via the internet. You can visit our practice website for further information www.wawn-street-surgery.nhs.uk/ or ask at Reception. You will be required to provide two forms of identification when you register for this service at the practice.

Receptionist informed me that test results were all fine so I obviously believed them and due to lack of knowledge on their part 18 months later I am informed I now need a knee replacement which may have been avoided if I had correct test results 18 months ago now I have received info that receptionists are now care navigators this is ridiculous and am not prepared to discuss my problems with a receptionist

Doctors could communicate with each other.
As we received a letter to make an appointment but was told by the doctor we had an appointment with there was no need for it.
As my husband is disabled was an expense and time waster.
